This flat black crank noseband is part of our popular Gel Snaffle range. Crafted from high-quality English leather, it features soft gel padding that gradually moulds to the shape of the horse's face, helping to reduce pressure on sensitive areas.
All Flexible Fit nosebands are designed with double side buckles, which allow the noseband to fasten on both sides of the crown. This creates a balanced fit and reduces the amount of leather passing over the poll, increasing comfort at the top of the head.
This is a crank-style noseband, meaning the strap folds back on itself before buckling. When fitted correctly and buckled loosely, crank nosebands distribute pressure more evenly across the noseband’s surface, reducing the risk of pressure points and improving comfort for the horse.
The converter design offers the flexibility to remove the flash strap and tab completely, leaving a clean and streamlined appearance. This makes it ideal for horses who do not require a flash or for riders who only use one occasionally.
