Black English Leather Snaffle Bridle ‘Delilah’ – Clincher Wave Browband and Anatomical Converter Crank Noseband
The 'Delilah' is a complete snaffle bridle from our Black English Leather collection, combining expert craftsmanship with premium materials and anatomical comfort. Handcrafted from vegetable-tanned English leather and padded with our unique gel system, this bridle offers a luxurious feel and a fit designed for pressure relief and long-term performance. Reins not included.
Our proven gel padding is applied to the crownpiece, noseband, and browband. Activated by body heat, it gently moulds to your horse's head to reduce pressure points and improve overall comfort with regular use.
The ergonomic monocrown is cut back behind the ears and designed as a single leather piece. This construction allows all straps to buckle on both sides of the poll, ensuring balance and reducing bulk in sensitive areas. The bridle is completed with stainless steel fittings and billeted cheekpieces for strength and durability.
Browband: The clincher wave browband is a timeless classic – simple, flattering, and built to withstand years of use. The curved design adds elegance without compromising strength.
Noseband: The anatomical raised plain converter crank noseband is shaped for ergonomic comfort. Wider over the nasal bridge to reduce concentrated pressure, it tapers at the sides to reduce bulk near the bit and cheekpieces, improving freedom and fit around sensitive facial structures.
This is a crank-style noseband, which folds back on itself before buckling. While this style can be over-tightened, it is designed to be fitted loosely. When buckled correctly, it evenly distributes pressure across the surface of the noseband to avoid pressure points.
Flash Converter: This model includes a removable flash and tab. Riders who rarely or never use a flash will appreciate the ability to remove both for a cleaner, streamlined appearance. The flash can be easily added back when needed.
